  Nice place, good selection of foods that are bad for you (cookies, muffins, etc!!) as well as some GF varieties. I like the DIY coffee stand as I often mix decaf and regular. Ambience is good with a good variety of seating styles available. Also, wifi seems solid!

  Lovely cafe, with a wide selection of teas, espresso drinks, and coffee. Latte was good and and had a chicken cranberry naan sandwich which was super delicious and full of flavour. The server was friend and I got my food promptly. The atmosphere is inviting and open.

  Great gluten free options and good healthy options. Great seating and friendly, clean atmosphere. Nthe ladies washroom has tampons and pads for those moments when your strapped for protection, which is an excellent service!

  The rushed, stressful environment could cause some who are anxious to throw chunks. However, with the vibrant colors and flavours will not leave you disappointed with how those chunks look -- possibly a work of art. In the end, the smoothies are delicious...
