  Customer service has really gone down hill. Just went and got a coffee, first the girl talking at speaker yelled "what" when she couldn't hear me, then when I got to the window and asked for debit she rolled her eyes and after that pretty much shoved the coffee into my hand without saying a word. This is unacceptable and this has been happening more and more. Please send your employees to customer service training and/or get rid of these rude girls.
